1822, kompletter Faltbrief (datiert Belize 1.5.1822) mit Leitvermerk "pr. Ship  Robert Fulton via N York" mit rotem EKr. "NEW-YORK MAY 21" und rotem L1 "SHIP" nach Portsmouth, New Hampshire in einwandfreier Erhaltung. Dazu zweiter Faltbrief aus New Orleans 1821 befördert mit der SS Robert Fulton via "NEW YORK JUL.24" nach Boston. Für beide Briefe waren die Briefgebühren nach "Act of 1816" 150-400 Meilen 18,5 Cent + Gebühr für Schiffsbrief 2 Cent = 20,5 Cent. Sehr seltener Schiffbrief, befördert mit dem ersten kommerzielen Ozean-Dampfschiff

1822, folded cover (dated Belize 1.5.1822) with routing mark "pr. Ship Robert Fulton via N York" with red cds. "NEW-YORK MAY 21" and red straigt line "SHIP" to Portsmouth, New Hampshire in perfect condition. In addition a second folded letter from New Orleans 1821 carried by the SS Robert Fulton via "NEW YORK JUL.24" to Boston. For both letters with letter rates according to "Act of 1816" 150-400 miles 18.5 cents + fee for ship's letter carge 2 cents = 20.5 cents. Very rare ship's letter, carried on the first commercial ocean steamship.

1841/1960 accumulation of hundreds of covers, contained within four large stock books, three files and a number of loose pages, including early stampless covers, India 1857 ½ a. blue, 1 a. red and 4 a. blue and red on covers, large quantity of Queen Victoria, King Edward VII and King George V India stamps on a variety of mailings internally and on destination mail, postal stationery, registered post, railway stamps, air mail, OHMS envelopes, censor mail, postage due material, noted 1936 Air Mail cover franked with block of six 1 a. from Lahore to Jerusalem, with Palestine stamps tied alongside postage due mark, also a number of 1911 First Aerial Post, India Embassy in Nepal, mixed condition with many fine, a very nice collection with a lot of scarce and rare material
