1856/65, 5 c. red, tied to lettersheet with part of contents (one side flap missing), part paid via Panama and London to Hanau near Frankfurt, Germany, in London the letter was charged 2 sh. 4 p., in Germany the total of "33" kr. were charged to the recipient. The letter was before charged by mistake with "94½" kr., but later corrected; slight age wear; a very scarce transatlantic letter, certificate Maier BPP
