I. red "No. 4 camp subcamp censorship passed" plus seal of censor (corner crease). And IRC Geneva envelope to Dutch subluitenant in Moulmein camp/Burma via Tokyo, boxed "Return/to sender", ms. "Deceased/No. 3. Gr.", including letter in Dutch stating that the deceased was detached to a Burmah-railway camp. - Additionally UK air mail POW card to Fukuoka/Japan but returned after war with boxed "RETURNED IN UNDELIVERED ..."
