Russia use in Levante:1858, Imperial Arms definitives 30 kop. red & green, perforated 12¼ :12½ in a vertical pair, tied with blue Constantinople "FRANCO" mark (Tchilinghirian & Stephen fig. 7) to a fragment, in addition four 10 kop. brown & blue stamps of the 1858 and 1866 issues with blue Constantinople cds's.
