1862, Coat of Arms strip of four 10 c. blue tied to envelope by barred mark, PD and ECHTERNACH 7/III/1862 cds. alongside, second stamp fold at left side to reverse, via Luxembourg Amb. Forbach D 8/Mar 62 cds. to Reims with arrival mark on reverse, tiny toned and part of flap missing, otherwise fine.
