1914, 20 pfg. ultramarine, with variety from position 37 “TOG for TOGO” and 25 pfg., all with 2mm spacing, together with 1m. red, 3mm spacing, all tied by cds. “ANECHO 23 12 16” to registered cover to Basle, Switzerland with arrival mark, very fine. ProFi has not registered another cover with the overprint variety of which only about 40 were printed, signed Bühler with certificate (1993) and certificates BPA (1937), RPSL (1993) and Brandon (2019) and certificate copy Scheller (2018) (Michel 4IIPF F,10I, 5II, Scott 51a etc)
