Cover opened on three sides and with faults, two cissors cut rebacked and some staining, still an exceptionally rare mixed franking Eagle-Sage from a most unusual origin, correctly franked at the double weight step rate (UPU tariff of 1st May 1878), signed Scheller with his certificate (2024)
