SHKODER: 1871, entire by ship mail to Venice franked with bisected 2pi of 1871, Dulos stamp and tied by ISKODRA 81 (A&P type 3, R) handstamp. Carried by Austrian ship charged 15s marked by blue crayon and struck by ANTIVARI datestamp. On arrival postage due of 70c collected by Italian Post with 30c and 40c postage due stamps and cancelled accordingly. Certificate Turkish & Ottoman Philatelic Society
