APIA MUNICIPAL POST OFFICE, 1882-86: "APIA MAY 25" cds. on cover franked with US 1882 Garfield 5 c. cancelled with cork, addressed to "Herrn Hopath Stuebel" in Dresden, readdressed locally, adjacent red "SHIP" on front, reverse with transit and arrival mark, the front also shows "No. 12" of the sort usually connected with sequential letters in a correspondence, fine and very scarce รย (Odenweller MPO 1).
