1 l., 5 copies, tied by c.d.s. "ATHENS 1/15 APR. 1897" to printed matter wrapper to New York, with arrival mark. Small transportation marks, otherwise very fine. Rare printed matter to overseas.    

10 l. in combination with Small Hermes Head 20 l., tied by c.d.s. "ATHENS 3/28 MAR 1896"(4th day of the games), to envelope, showing on reverse seal of the German consulate, to Karlsruhe, Germany, with arrival mark. A very fine and rare usage during the games.   

25 l. tied by blue cds. to cover with the return address "S.M.S. 'Kais. Aug.' Phaleron", to Germany with arrival mark  

40 l., tied by unclear c.d.s. to sealed registered envelope to Andros.   

1896, Olympic issue,  1923 reprints from the original dies ex 60 l. - 10 dr. three die proofs and five plate proofs in different colours     

1906, Olympic issue 25 l. in vertical pair, with c.d.s. "ATHENS 9/ APR 11 19.." to special envelope "KOMITEN FOR SVERIGES DELTAGANDE I OLYMPISKA SPELEN I ATHEN 190 CENTRALPALATSET, STOCKHOLM", to Helsingborg, Sweden, with Athens registered label on reverse and on front Helsingborg registered label. On reverse 5 l. and pair 10 l. uncancelled. Light transportation marks. A very scarce.

1906, Olympic Games 1 dr., tied to domestic envelope with transit and arrival marks

1906, 2 dr., tied to registered envelope from Athens 1910 to Germany with arrival mark. Very fine and rare.

1891, Postal stationery card 10 l. blue, used with clear cds. "KERKYRA 30 MAR"(1896, 6th day of the games) with long text to Amsterdam, with arrival mark on front. One of very few postal stationery cards without olympic franking, recorded during the games.

1871: Lithographed 3 kr. green, type III, fresh colour and with good perforation, tied by light Temesvar cds. to entire local letter.Horizontal file folds, not affecting the stamp. Fine and scarce single franking.

1871, litho 5 kr. rose in combination with engraved 3 kr. deep green, both stamps in clear shades, used on front and reverse of local registered envelope, tied by cds. "PEST 14/8 71". A fine and very rare franking. Certificate Visnyovsky (2002)

5 kr. red, five single copies, tied by c.d.s. "SEGESVAR 14/4 74" to entire letter to Paris, with transit- and arrival marks. A fine and unusual franking.

Engraved 25 kr. blue-violet, 15 kr. black.brown and 2 copies 3 kr. blueish green, tied by Budapest c.d.s. to front and reverse of small registered envelope 1874 to Paris, with transit- and arrival marks. A very fine and rare cover to abroad. Signed Ferchenbauer with certificate (1995)

1876, 10 a. red, fresh colours, tied by cds. "REYKJAVIK 22.-8.1901" to illustrated postcard to Wien, with adjacent part arrival blue cds., very fine. A very scarce usage of the 1897 printing, certificate Dr Debo BPP (1983) (Facit-Nr. 26)

1406, commercial entire letter from Florence to Venezia, sender embossed seal at bottom right, minimal ink blemish and some light toning, still fine and very scarce early mail, signed Vollmeier

1436, folded entire from Venezia, written by a noble and sent to an ecclesiastic relative in Bovolone, fine and scarce early mail, signed Vollmeier

1460, commercial lettersheet from Bologna, addressed to the famous merchant Baldesi in Venezia, minimal paper hole not distracting, still fine and scarce, signed Vollmeier 

1525, folded entire from Bergamo to the general procuror in Brescia, endorsed "Cito", interesting political text related to the battle of Pavia that saw the King François the First taken prisoner to the Pizzighettone fortress; some slight peripheral wear and aging on the flap, of no importance, most unusual

1599, entire letter from Rome to Venezia with autograph from the Prince of Macedonia, fine two-headed eagle paper seal, "4" soldi applied but possibly not levied, scarce  

1713, "SANIT MONIS..." disinfection dry seal applied on lettersheet to Casale Monferrato, one of the earliest sanitation seal, signed Vollmeier

"PNI ESTE" (Vollmeier-Nr. 2), very fair strike in black on undated folded entire. A fine item and the rarest postmark from the Este Post, signed Vollmeier and illustrated in his opus on page 607

1703, "D´Italie" endorsement on folded entire from Carpi, Modena to Nancy, charged "17" sous, fine and scarce mail from the Italian campaign during the Spanish Succession War (1701-1714)
